Oishi Express and the family that owns it are fantastic! I used to visit them in Silverton but now they are in my town of Newberg. We get the family meal, which is steak, chicken, shrimp, rice, noodles, veggies, and yum yum sauce. It feeds at least 6 people. 10/10 would recommend

The food was amazing, flavorful, and fresh! I got the soba noodles, chicken, and shrimp and it was the best hibachi ever! We also got the crab Rangoons which were also very good. So excited for them to be in Newberg!

Best hibachi in the Willamette Valley and all from a small food truck. Always fresh, warm and full of flavor. If you haven’t tried it…..you are missing out on this wonderful food.

I called ahead and ordered the Shrimp and Chicken. It as ready when I got there. The food was hot and VERY GOOD . Large servings. Woo Hoo dinner for tomorrow ! The people were very friendly.

Had Oishi Express last night and it was very tasty. I’m called in the order and by the time I drove over it was ready. Definitely recommend the big purple van for a quick and easy dinner.
